Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after payment confirmation.

All orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day.

Should the item you have ordered be out of stock, Angels’ Eyes will contact you to discuss time frames or product alternatives.

 

Delivery Costs

All postage is handled via Australia Post.

 

Currency

All Shipping costs on Angels’ Eyes website include GST.

All charges will be quoted on confirmation sheet prior to checkout and payment page.

All products on Angels’ Eyes website are in Australian Dollars.

Angels’ Eyes accepts payments via Paypal, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Bank Deposit or cheque.

 

Product Refund Policy

Any stock received by you in a faulty or damaged condition will be replaced without charge.

If a product does not match the product description that you were expecting, Angels’ Eyes will happily replace for correct product, or alternatively refund the full purchase price.

In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you must contact Angels’ Eyes by email within 7 days of receipt of product to inform us of your intent to arrange refund or exchange.

A confirmation of email receipt will be emailed to you. This email is to be returned with product within 14 days of receipt.

All products should be unopened and in the original packaging.

The product/s return is at the customer’s cost including postage.
